Without my permission they took my money. They have an address and its in Barcelona .

Twee dagen na het ticket kopen, had ik geen ticket of betalingsbewijs. Zo heb een andere ticket ergens anders gekocht.
Na de betaling krijg ik geen betaling bewijs noch een ticket. Ik wacht enkele uren.
In avond begon ik contact te zoeken voor één koop document. Geen contact was mogelijk via e-mail of bellen tot later nacht.
Volgende dag ochtend tot later middag alle pogingen leveren niks. Dan heb ik mijn bank geïnformeerd en zoeken naar een andere ticket

Change of date of return ticket
Hi,I bought a ticket early last month ,early of April for a flight NICE-JFK-NICE,April-July 28,2025.Confirmation number 220******** ,via British airways .For some personal reason,I would like to change my return ticket for June 2-6,depends on available tickets.I paid an option of Flex,so I supposed that I wont pay any additional charges.Thank you.

Refund
Hello,
I ask for a complete refund for the flight from Miami to Paramaribo because it was announced at 16:00 on my reservation number 187*****, whereas the departure was actually at 14:20. So, I missed that flight because my first plane arrived in Miami from Mexico at 13:30. It was impossible for me to make that flight. This mistake is still present on my reservation. Furthermore, I didn't receive any email or message 24 hours prior to inform me about any changes in the time of departure.
Then, I was on the flight PY422 from Miami to Paramaribo. The aircraft was late by about 12h30. The departure was at 00h30 instead of 12h15. I lost one more day at work, and I had to buy expensive food in bad conditions. I am waiting for your refund.
Moreover, I had taken insurance in case of cancellation or change in time of departure, which was 14:00 instead of 14:20 for the first flight and 00:30 instead of 12h15 for the second one.
To conclude, I missed two working days and had to pay for a hotel and food in Miami.

I ordered and paid for a 42 inch cut zero turn lawnmower and this was Aug 31, it was supposed to be delivered around Nov 8 and they said it was delivered but I never saw the lawnmower yet, so I asked for a refund but I really needed that mower my yard is a mess and I can’t afford to pay someone to mow it and I might even get fined……..signed angry man
